does going to see a doctor make anyone feel incredibly anxious? there have been so many negative experiences regarding race for me and my family and it's caused continuous distrust in the healthcare system. there are little to no doctors of color that take our insurance or are nearby. but on the other hand, I worry about my family's health often. overall, just the thought of healthcare makes me feel isolated and anxious :/
