Has anyone ever tried the electrolyte/hydration powders to help manage fibro or migraines? I've tried just about everything I can think of but this crossed my mind today and I've been researching brands so I figured I'd do some crowd sourcing here too!

Liquidiv is a lifesaver for me. I like all the flavors but lemon lime and tamgerine are the best on a nauseous stomach šŸ’•

I have. It can certainly help for fend off migraines outside of my cycle, but the only thing that really kicks my migraines is sumatriptan. It has been game changer.

Electrolytes help with my headaches! I havenā€™t found a brand I can stick to but I love sport water like Gatorade, Propel or Body armor

I have! I might have POTS (still waiting on final word from my dr) which is why I started taking electrolytes. But it has helped with my fatigue, so Iā€™m not sure if thatā€™s related to POTS or Fibro. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve noticed much a difference in pain levels, but I definitely feel better when I take electrolytes, especially trying to drink them right away in the morning. I used to feel super foggy until about 2Pm but Iā€™m feeling a bit more normal. I drink LMNT. Itā€™s a good bang for your buck if you want a lot of sodium (I do). They also let you buy in bulk which saves money too! So itā€™s a good one if you think youā€™ll take them regularly.
