Allergies are AWFUL rn, to the point where going outside for even a few minutes triggers a migraine. well Ive been out of the house a bit more than normal lately to run arrands and now i have a migraine that is making me so nauseous i can barely breathe at times. Ive noticed it gets worse from my eyes, even when they're closed. I can barely eat or drink anything and Im absolutely miserable. i have a cream from my doctor that I can use but it isn't helping a whole lot. Does anyone know what else I can do?
