Taking Seroquel for PTSD after abusive husband's death

I took Seroquel for my psychosis, more specifically my major depressive disorder with psychotic features. Well, I took the off-brand quetiapine. But they should be the same thing. I was on 200 mg a dose, 1x a day. I learned later from a new and updated medical professional that was not the one who prescribed it that if i take Seroquel or Quetiapine for extended periods of time i must: 1. preferably already have psychosis because it runs the risk of giving some predisposed people psychosis or psychotic features if they didn't already have them. For this reason it was told to me not to up the dosage for it as a sleep aid for my insomnia and that it was currently being over prescribed as a sleep aid. 2. I need to get my chest monitored and scanned preferably at least yearly if I use it long term, because extended years of use can lead to circulatory and respiratory issues, meaning my heart and lungs needed to be monitored actively. 3. 200 mg is a low-ish dose, 300-600 mg is standard for most disorders it is prescribed for. Anyway, I don't take it anymore. My first rxer never told me any of this and I felt kind of betrayed.
