If that's where you need to be just take some deep breaths and go. They will take really good care of you

I have been inpatient 4 times. I actually made a really good friend that I still hang out with today. The care you get does depend on the type of place you go.

I’ve been in the hospital multiple times and best advice is make friends with people that value or relate AND want to fight to get well too. It makes it much more bearable and then y’all can build support that build you up instead of tearing you down. It’s completely valid to be scared though. And advocate for yourself so you can get the help you specifically need.

Don’t be scared. I had a good experience in the hospital. Go to groups they help.

I've been in the hospital twice, and I would go again if I felt the need. It may seem scary but it can really help. For me it gave me time to learn about myself and heal, the people were nice and caring.

I've been in the hospital not really willing but the staff were really nice and caring and the other people I was with were to also do you have a support system with family or friends

@BritBrat92 one thing I remember learning is to have a good support group even if it's just one person you can lean on or even a pet and if you ever want to talk you can always message me
