I am so sorry. When I was young I would do this, but im not young anymore and would feel just like you if I ate the whole row. I hope you feel better now tho.

Hope you’re feeling better. I always find mints help me. Not for everyone, but they are a life saver for me when I feel sick.

I'm so sorry. When I used to binge what helped me was drinking tons of water after and relaxing with watching Netflix or something to forget about what I ate. You'll be okay though don't worry time will pass and you'll feel better again. You can text me anytime you feel the urge to binge and I'll help you as a sponsor 🤗💕

Try and hydrate if you can, and if you have any heat packs you can apply one to your stomach just warm enough where it soothes you. Make sure you get some well deserved rest <3
@Kaiiyla thanks 😥
