has anyone realized you don't have appetite I don't even get hungry sometimes I eat because I start feeling weak, and the house cleaning I don't know wear to start at times I feel anxious I go for a walk but it doesn't help, when it's time to sleep my mind keeps going until I take a Xanax I fall asleep, I worry that maybe this is going to get worse it's been a month I'm feeling anxious,I walk in my living room at night sleepless but tired, I went to church but had to walk out needed air and felt very anxious, I haven't been evaluated what do you guys think is going on with me?

Sounds like generalized anxiety to me...been managing mine without meds for a long time. Everyday came seem like a massive struggle but it does get better with patience and positive self talk. Mine is still really uncomfortable most times but I'm learning to manage the sensations better than when it started. Podcasts and this app really help

I forgot to mention that exercise is key. It helps tremendously if you start exercising briskly as soon as you start feeling anxiety. Because you’re fight or flight mode is kicked on and when you start exercising for 20 minutes then stop your body tells itself that it’s away from danger and survived so you begin to calm down . I felt tremendous relief when I started doing cardio every morning. It might be hard at first you might have to force yourself but it will be worth it you will get that feeling the runners high in the endorphins are being released.

@Emalou thank you I walk around the block but all start walking more, also I read carrot juice helps produce Gabba needed for neurotransmitters to work properly so I'm drinking it, ❤️

I would definitely get involved in a church and get a support group of people who can pray for you. Definitely tried to get at least 30 minutes of sun late every day and go barefoot on the ground & be open to trying the safer long-term antidepressant medication for anxiety. They have helped me a lot. Xanax can become very addictive very quickly. I’ve recently found mindfulness meditation with deep breathing that has really helped me tremendously. I’m praying for you 💕🙏🏻

@Emalou thank you I'm new in tujunga and started attending a New church I enjoy the singing but since I already read the Bible and seem to understand it well, I notice pasture adds to much of his own opinion and that gets me thinking if I'm in the right church so that causes me more anxiety, life is not easy but day by day I realize I'm getting by with this anxiety and insomnia thank you ❤️

Sounds like generalized anxiety to me been feeling good sometimes but other days I feel like crying and uneasy even sometimes it happens if I go to a restaurant 😥 been taking Nature's Bounty Anxiety and stress relief with Ashwagandha and its been helping like today I feel a little lightheaded and tierd and really tense in my neck and shoulders, back and head muscles don't know though if the fatigue and lightheaded feeling can be due to my anemia but it can be overwhelming

@KitKat10 me too yesterday I hugged my daughter and she heard my neck crack, I see it's related to anxiety.

And I totally get you on the church part... I have only gone 3x in the past 2 years because every time I would try, I would have to leave due to this suffocating feeling
