Struggling with BPD and Feeling Invalidated by My Partner

This is basically my situation too, I’ve spent days worth of research around BPD and other mental illnesses related to it, whenever I keep questioning myself I just do more research to stop it

my best friend and i both have bpd and we are literally polar opposites in so many ways, including how our bpd presents. but when you actually look at the symptoms, it’s all obviously bpd. tell him to consider the diagnostic criteria instead of just one person’s experience. i’m sorry that he’s making you feel invalidated, and i hope you can get diagnosed soon. and i promise you’re not being dramatic. even if you don’t have bpd, it’s not dramatic to try and be self-aware and find the cause of your symptoms.
