Yes mine is 11.3 Drs are very unhappy . I have alot of stress and other health issues

My A1C is at 8.1 currently. Just took my 2nd dose of Ozempic a few days ago. Crossing my fingers 🙏

I'm really trying to eat a lot of vegetables to fill me up but my teeth aren't the best. I'm trying to very hard to avoid soda that does help but I relapse when I'm alone or bored. Try to keep positive motivated people around you or stay in contact with them to let you know that you're not alone on this journey. That has helped me.
