      I think I really helpful thing to take would be lithium tablets they're all natural non-medication based the exact type that I take is called lithium orotate and I've found it to be extremely helpful

        @JennyHeart alot over 10 pills i dont know them all but the ones i do know are depakote and lexapro and haldol and lithium and congten and geodon and vulium and ashtma pills with inhalor and thyroid med

          @laceyandme can you message me? You are on a ton of meds and a few contradict each other. Also I’m on lexapro now. Lowest dose. Used to be on depakote for epilepsy but it made me too sick to take.

      I would try it and if you dont like it you can always telll your doctor
