How do you deal with questioning your doctors? I went to the ER yesterday for severe chest pain and dizziness and got told basically that it's bc I'm skinny and I have acid reflux. But I don't know that I believe that.

Keep pushing, if you're like me and live in the UK, you have to continuous call and bug drs for appointments and plans to be made. Little people will want to advocate for your health, you'll need to leave to fight for yourself 🤞🏽 I've been on my health journey for only a year and a half but I've learnt a lot, but the best advice I can give shortly is if you're not happy with your Dr, find someone or somewhere else. The major of GPs especially don't care about their patients but some of them do, find someone who will help you fight for your right to help. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions, I hope you're having a good evening ✨

My partner had heart attack symptoms that turned out to be acid reflux. Not that that's necessarily all that's wrong, but it's probably worth following up on

I honestly had to self diagnose some of my problems. Because they never did. It's awful it's like doctors can't do there job! I'd ask for a second opinion or do some research for yourself and see if there is a test you can get. Or they could be partly correct, I had really chronic symptoms like that and it turns out I have a reflux disease.
