I haven't worked since covid hit & my Dr strongly urged me not to, due to autoimmune conditions. When I was younger (late 20's to early 40) I pushed thru & worked 2 full time jobs and 1 part time, mainly to keep my depression at bay. When I was last working, I was down to only 1 job and the only way I got thru was living off my tramadol. I'm 49 now and only getting worse. I truly wish I had some great advice to give you. But honestly, pushing yourself thru it is the only way.

For me personally, as long as I can get myself out of bed at a decent time I'm all good. Its so hard for me to, especially naps. But I know once I cross the barrier it's okay, and that I'll also have the days off where I have my support system. I tell myself I just need to make it until then on a cycle
@Erebyssian thanks! That'd what I kinda do, but yea it's too difficult some days for me to push myself
