Struggling with Agoraphobia and Employment

I'm a caregiver/med tech. I excel at my job and feel very comfortable in my work space. But it's grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, even sometimes a relatives home that I feel so out of place.

I work at teen rehab. Its the same place and people everyday
