I feel so alone with this I don't know what to do anymore I just want to cry I don't understand how all these things can help all these people but not me sometimes I feel as if I don't even belong here on this world at all. 😭😭😭😭

I have extremely high anxiety as well. It is difficult for me to calm down and relax not jsut most of the time but every day. Ritual has made a difference. I have a Playlist of songs that are empowering and remind me I cna get through things. I listen to it while walking outside. I rub a soothing stone. I have a calming essential oil, I love lavender so I smell it to calm down. I message people who understand me and try to talk about what is going on. I journal about my feelings. Does anything like that help?
