I have had chronic lower back pain since 2013 and my primary care physician had me on pain meds for a little over 6 yrs. but once he retired the new doctor took me off of them I have done physical therapy I have used a tens unit an after chemo I was diagnosed with a compressed vertebra I am always in constant pain I can't sit or stand for long periods of time and when I lay down it hurts so bad when I have to turn over. Now what can I do? I am trying to avoid any type of surgery.

Smoking MMJ helps with pain. Unfortunately I can't take any pain medication and or smoke cause I'm going into surgery this Thursday. Right now I'm at the worst pain ever

Do you take vitamin d3? I don't know how much good it will do, but really anything helps, right?
