What are some ways you stay encouraged? I have been struggling the past few days with the same cycle of torture. Unbearable pain, sleepless nights, feeling lonely.. Most of my day is spent in bed because I don't feel like being up or doing anything and napping to make up for the night before. My husband works and is usually gone at this time anyway. Nights are really rough... my partner is sleeping so I'm alone all night and the closest to sleep I get is listening to him snore. I'm struggling to keep my head up. Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.

Firstly be kind to yourself and set little goals to achieve for example today I'm going to get dressed , make myself a drink Also I find with sleep putting relaxing music on helps and I use back rescue renidy sprays and lavender on the pillow Also try a wind down routine like having a warm bath Please do pop me a message if I can be of any help hope you find something that will work
