This past week has been rough emotionally, but I think things are on the ups. On the other hand, executive dysfunction has been kicking me around... I find it hard to motivate myself to do things for myself. I can get work done at my job efficiently and when my partner asks me to do a few things around the house, it might take me a bit, but it will always get done. But things I need to do? Laundry, clean my studio, commissions, heck brushing my teeth and other things I want or need to do? As much as I want to, I just can't get myself to act on it. I try but I can't get in a work flow and just end up zoned out, on my phone or passing out... how do others deal with executive dysfunction? I'm at such a loss and so is my therapist at this point...

Maybe ask your partner or family members to ask you to do that stuff. It gets around the executive dysfunction.
