Hello! Had surgery in 2013 to correct my 100-degree spinal curvature. My pain is so much better, my daily life is so improved, but I deal with some nerve pain flare ups a couple times a year (sometimes more) from where the scar tissue in my back is wonky. The surgery I had done wasn't FDA approved (still a new approach), and I'm just looking for stories from anyone who's had fusion surgery. How are you holding up? Suggestions for recurrent nerve pain flares (where the nerves were damaged and I have some scar tissue internally)?

I'm glad to hear you are doing better after surgery. Unfortunately I did not have the same result. Surgery stabilized my spine but I'm in much more pain than before. Surgery was in 2008 & I still have issues with nerve & muscular pain.
