Clotrimazole and pyrithione zinc did it for my scalp, along with de-stressing. My malasezzia seemed to be a contributing factor somehow. I got one quarter-sized patch a few weeks after a major stressful event, but none else since scalp recovery. They start growing back as soon as i notice. #ymmv
