Good mood cycle tracker? preferably just tracks the symptoms and their severity. Emoods just generalizes the different parts of mania, wanting it to break them down to impulsiveness and such.

I like daylio, you can track whatever symptom you set up yourself, it's super flexible.

I was trying to find in too. I found a bunch of good ones that cost monthly/annual subs. Very frustrating that they think some one who needs to track mental health cycles can afford $30 a month. I’m still looking. Good luck
