I never really healed from a bad experience and would really appreciate someone to help me work through it and talk about it. I'm just unsure of if it was S/A or not, I've only shared this with a few people, most say it was but some have said it isn't and I just want to know if it was or wasn't my fault.

I can definitely talk with you. I had similar questions about a few of my experiences and was able to figure it out after talking with people. If you are comfortable I am a safe person to talk with

It's important to speak with a mental health professional or therapist about your experience, as they can help you work through your feelings and provide guidance on whether it was S/A or not. Remember, healing takes time and seeking support is a crucial step in the process.
