Sick of Chronic Illnesses and Needle Phobia

You're not alone! I'm a recovered IV drug addict, I injected methamphetamine several times daily for way too long and I'm a diabetic type 2 that was on insulin...the needles were triggers for me! My doctor then put me on metformin and jardiance and ozempic...they all made me nauseated and I threw up everyday, lost a lot of weight...now I take Chromium picolinate, ginger, tumeric, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar and my numbers are slowly coming down to under 200 now. Check with your doctor first before you wean yourself off of anything though. I hope you find some relief!
