Tips for Easing Ruptured Disc Pain in Long Distance Relationship

I have delt with chronic pain for quiet a while. I know some tips that help. But this time I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to ease the pain of a ruptured dics. My partner who I'm in a ldr has 2 of them. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

      ty so much for your ideas unfortunately they won't give me pain meds because I'm a recovered addict (7 years) I do use marijuana gummies as it is legal where I live it helps but I don't want to be high all day havent tried fish oil because it can't be in the house for to a severe allergy my daughter has but I will definitely have to try reiki as I havent tried that the only physical therapy I've been offered is for prosthetic training but have had issue with that dude to fitting and pain do I'll keep my fingers crossed that reiki helps

      Of course seeing a doctor for pain medication is important. Fish oil supplements help with inflammation and other things but make sure to consult a doctor first just in case. CBD such as gummies could ease the pain or you can look into medical Marijuana. Physical therapy could help. Maybe a massage chair. I'm not sure about your spiritual beliefs but you could try reiki for healing and relief. I'm not an expert but I do have scoliosis so I hope this information can be helpful for you.

      Wish I knew anyone know how to ease pain from an amputation it's been a year and a half and I'm still in pain every day
