I've been manic with delusions twice, I've been hypomanic a few times, and I've had a few mixed episodes as well. But overall, depressive episodes are extremely common, whereas mania is few and far between. I've noticed that my mania kind of needs a trigger, like having multiple people stoking my ego at once, otherwise I just get hypomania and its not too bad.

I have been truly manic a handful of times. I have been in hypomania more than I could count. Depressed states are more common for me. But I flip flop between depressed and super duper depressed frequently

@WrenQ Can’t sleep. Racing thoughts. Don’t need to eat. Have big plans to get things done. Run circles chasing my tail. Either really up or extremely irritated with everyone and everything
