Frustrated with Doctors

Yes it's def true they don't know what they are doing and just use us for research. I think a lot of us are autistic too and it's kinda the same thing with that they don't have a clue because none of the research actually includes our voices. It's all parents perspectives or caregivers or staff....we are left out of the picture. I find it incredibly disheartening honestly.

Wow oh yea. Most doctors aren't actually trained in eating disorders because its incredibly brief in the curriculum, doctors have to go through specific training for that stuff so if you're feeling that way, there's a good chance they don't actually know anything about it
