Struggling with PHP after residential treatment for PTSD and Bipolar

I'm currently doing a PHP after just getting out of residential, and man, am I struggling. I know I need more help for my PTSD and Bipolar, but this place is driving up my anxiety. I'm in another state, there's other contributing factors making me feel awful, there's a little bit of drama in the house I have to live at, and idk if being out of state will affect my Disability Claim. When I went to residential out of state I was all in, and ready. Now being at PHP, I want to quit after 3 days. I know it's only been 3 days, but this feels like it's ramping up my mental issues! I don't know what to do, and I know you can't decide for me, but I just need some insight and maybe someone to talk to?
