this is the 3rd day of absolutely disabling anxiety, I can't get stuff done I need to. I have an anxiety disorder but I usually can shake it off every morning once I get up. However lately it's on and off in severity all day and right now I'm crying and just want to hide from the world, I don't know what to do I feel so hopeless.

Breathing exercises help me a lot when I'm feeling overly anxious and has even prevented a few panic attacks. Maybe put on some calm music or your favorite music. You could also make yourself smile. Sounds ridiculous but your body actually produces endorphins when you smile, so it could help even if the smile is forced.

Hey friend, sometimes your body will try to tell you that you need a break even if you don't feel you have the time. Can you take a mental health day soon? A day where you don't have work or school or anything that has to be done right then. I know it's tough. Sometimes you can't ignore your feelings, you just have to let them run their course. Anything you can do to give yourself a chill day. Marathon your favorite movies, go for a walk, play video games, cuddle with a pet. For me, it was hard to take those days off because I felt that I HAD to be productive every minute of every day, otherwise I felt guilty. But you don't have to be productive every day. Its okay to just be.
