That would be really nice! Maybe the app is still small enough they could review images before allowing them to be posted.

There's several reasons why this is a terrible idea. People would be able to post triggering content, whether intentionally or unintentionally. This already happens with text, but unlike images, a filter can be added (I hope they do add one) so that people can exclude what they don't want to see. This would be impossible to execute with images.
