I've had hypermobility for as long as I can remember officially diagnosed 7 years ago. I've tried multiple things, just wondering if there's anything else to help with pain management and dealing with flare-ups. I'm UK 🇬🇧 based, so do you have any help here, please 🙏

I was diagnosed with hypermobility about 6 years ago, working on an hEDS diagnosis now. Recently, I've been using a cheap TENS unit that seems to at least take the edge off, even if it doesn't get rid of it entirely. Have you tried using one? I also swear by good ankle stabilizing shoes. They're expensive and ugly, but well worth it since I haven't rolled my ankle in 2 years.
