Although when I get out of water therapy and I’m back to dry land the pain comes back with in 2 or 3 hours but I’ll take that moment of being pain free.

Cbd drops help the most for me. I took a dropper full each night or two weeks. Then I just stopped and then about three days later I started feeling bad it was live a wave of pain hit me like a ton of bricks. My husband bought it to my attention that the pain started back up when I stopped taking the drops…

Cannabis, meditation (I am a practionier, so that's a big part for me), exercise (I just got a scooter because why not!), I recently became vegetarian (not that you have to, but veggies and fruits do wonders for your hormones and endorphins), and I try to know when I need a break from life. I will cancel appts. and social events immediately if I don't feel my best. Looking out for #1 - you - is very important to mental health.
