Chronic Urinary Incontinence (UI)
im so sorry to hear that 🙁, i reccomend quiting drinking anything that has caffeine, don't eat chocolate. bananas can help, even dairy 🥰
Why not chocolate
I’m not a chocolate fan
because chocolate has a lot of caffeine too, i reccomend to eat white chocolate if u like chocolate !!
That’s what I thought. And why do bananas and dairy help?
I actually have no idea lol. but google said that! my urinary incontinence have gotten better after eating more of it though!!
Worth a try !!!
yes!! i reccomend to search up on google what you should eat and shouldn't eat! your diet really helps stopping urinary incontinence
Probably at least 10 years (I'm 36)
I don't remember ever having full control of my bladder, but it got bad enough to warrant adult diapers when I was 20 and developed what's suspected to be MS. these days getting to the bathroom on time is a crapshoot
What makes you concerned about MS? It's a big worry of mine as well but I don't have good insurance therefore no real way to test for it... I'm always dropping things and feel like my coordination is off compared to when I was younger. Not to mention the debilitating nerve and spine pain... :(
Never really been out, have had accidents on and off my entire life. Neurogenic bladder and bowel.
After my Eating Disorder my bladder was in disarray and never recovered.
It’s crazy what E.D can cause. Be careful!
Maybe a month that's all
I’ve been incontinent for almost 20 years now, am 48 now and it started from an accident I was in and damaged nerves.
