I have bipolar 1 nos; mild mania in the morning mild depression in the afternoon (although I get mania spikes throughout the day)mixed when stressed. Anyone same? Any comments? My phycietrest does not understand says that is not how bipolar works, and talking about mania makes me manic. Originally was diagnosed as manic-depresant; Same Day Cycle. Maybe hyperthymic temperament? It does not go away even on the lithium.
