Dealing with Flashbacks and Back Pain

I have awful back pain and shoulder pain sometimes. A few solutions I've found are to stretch periodically, but don't do it to the point its painful. Another solution is to take some ibuprofen or advil when you feel the start of sore muscles coming on. Another thing that has been a lifesaver for me are heating pads/rice pads. I hope these can help, even a little bit!
