I have so many thoughts inside my head, and I have no healthy way to vent. I have no one to vent to. my only known method is to get angry and punch stuff, and then I get upset that I punched or broke something. I know all of my problems, but have no idea how to fix them and grow.

@LordCooper21 I once had a guy tell me this, cuz I too struggle with anger. Put on some headphones, go to the gym, don't look at anyone, just workout. Workout hard and don't stop till your not angry anymore. Best advice ever, it's a healthy way that you can vent, you can take all of that anger out and it will benefit you in the long run.

Buy a box of cheap wooden pencils. You have to exert force to break them (especially a couple at a time). It'll help the urge to break things without causing any real damage. School season is here. You can probably get a 50 pack from Walmart for under a dollar. The bonus it that if you only break them in half you can still use both sides depending on how badly broken they are.

Mindfulness has been a really great practice for me when my thoughts get too overwhelming. It's hard to get your brain to snap to a healthy mentality when practicing it in the beginning, but it gets easier. That's why it's called practicing. Your brain is a muscle and will soon allow you to turn your thoughts off like a switch. I'm still working on this myself, but it does get better. YouTube has a lot of good videos to help you practice mindfulness. And always feel free to message me. I'm a bigger guy myself and have a hard time turning my brain off sometimes. Makes it hard to focus on important things. I'll share any tips or wisdom I may have discovered on my path. Stay strong!
Do you have access to a gym?
@S1R_L4NC3_4L07 sort of. There is one close by, but the last time I went there I got bullied for being overweight.
