as a college student, my schedule changes at the drop of a hat! what are some ways y'all deal with the anxiety of knowing there might not be a bathroom where you go or being scared to eat out of you know your have something afterwards?

      I always check the area beforehand. There’s bathrooms that are open to public and I already make sure I check. Not sure where you’re from but I’m from a city so I know they’ll be some kind of store around or bar/restaurant I can use a bathroom. It doesn’t help my anxiety for my Ibs much but atleast I know if I’ll have a bathroom or notn

      I always assume there’s gonna be some kind of bathroom I was visiting dc and there were bathrooms everywhere you just have to look and ask around

      I always carry Imodium or pepto bismal with me in case I can’t locate one.

        @Floralbanter I use Kaopectate and ALWAYS have it on me too but it doesn’t help stop them for me. But I do take them either way to help stop/slow it down after my first visit to the toilet 🤣
