So much relief. Our friend had been staying on our couch for two weeks, and we live in a studio basement apartment. It's felt so cramped and crowded that my anxiety has been through the roof. But he moved into his new place yesterday and is doing so much better. So now my fiance and I are FINALLY able to relax. So grateful. ❤️

Good for you! I understand how you’re feeling but on a smaller level. We just had a friend stay with us for four days b/c of family issues and it turned out he needed alcohol rehab. We drove him 5 hours away on monday to a rehab center, but for some reason my anxiety and panic are still hanging with me.
