I recently developed asthma, likely from a really awful case of bronchitis. I've been in the hospital in and out for the past 3 weeks because I just simply can't breathe anymore without lots of help. I'm 20 and it's wild to me that I'm just now showing symptoms, but it runs in my family😭

Hi, I have had Asthma since childhood, And There is no cure for this. Apart from getting cured Naturally, If you are having problems dealing with this, I have a few suggestions you can try. 1) do less intake of things which will create phlegm in your throat and chest. 2) Do mild exercise to regulate your routine. 3) Always try to keep an Inhaler everywhere you go, for eg., keep one in office, at home, in your Bag, and a school locker. 4) When you feel Heavy breathing, try to utilise less energy in talking, doing any work. 5) Try to sleep in a reclined way, by adding few pillows to your back and head. Hope this will help you guys

Same thing happened to me, if you ever have an asthma attack without an inhaler is sitting on the ground and putting your hands back behind you (opens up the lungs) and taking multiple deep breaths and first make sure no one is surrounding you or bothering you, ask them to pretend it isn't happening and close your eyes and just be calm, hope it helps. 🙂
