Living with IBSC: A Painful Struggle

ive been having ibsc since i was little (it's genetic) but as i grew older i had occasional attacks but didn't know what was happening. only maybe a few years ago did i get to know my symptoms that help me identify, and while im mostly used to it, it sucks everytime it happens. ive only gotten sick from it once, but i never want to have that again. i take bentyl for it, and it helps. tho there are times where i either waited too long or it starts out of the blue, whether from stress to no reason at all. ive been accepting this, but it's a pain to live with.
