I've always struggled with motivation but I really struggling with it at the moment. House work, in my job and with my health. Any tips or advice on what gets you up and about?

      thank you for that. When I wrote the post I was stuck on the settee after laying in silence for an hour and getting anxiety tingles in my legs. I got myself up, made a cup of tea, got Alexa playing some music and tackled my bed room. Happy with the progress so far but still more to do

      What motivates me is knowing how it'll be when it's done. With housework I do small steps so I don't overwhelm myself, and cause a lot of anxiety. And if it's not all done in one day, that's fine. It's also good to take a before photo and then take one periodically so you can look at how far you've come! Or, if your rooms aren't as disastrous as my bedroom is.... šŸ˜…... focus on cleaning one room at a time. I'm not sure what you do for work so I can't entirely help there, I'm sorry .. with your health, it's kinda the same with household. Start slowly and think about how awesome you're gonna feel when you're taking better care of yourself! I really hope this helps. ā¤ļø
