2nd migraine post: my head hurts a whole lot more if I cough or bend down. Hope many of you experience the same thing? (I know it's not an urgent matter because I've had this symptom since I was 9. I'm in my 30's now.) But I just read that this is not common. I don't think I ever told my doctor's this happens because I assumed it was normal for migraines since that's how mine have always been.

If you are experiencing pain that you think may be related to positional headache, make an appointment with your doctor to rule out any serious underlying causes.
There are a variety of underlying conditions that may cause positional headaches including anemia, a spinal fluid leak, a colloid cyst, or a brain tumor. https://khealth.com/learn/headache/bending-over/#:~:text=Positional%20headache,-Positional%20headache%2C%20sometimes&text=You%20may%20feel%20more%20pain,or%20when%20you%20bend%20over.

Mine does that too
Mine do that also
When my migraine gets that bad, my doctor will give me percocet and it helps.
