Do Urologists Really Care About Prostate Health?

Hi, my urologist always checks my prostate in light of the BPH I suffer from. He takes measurements of my blood that indicate the progress of the growth and even performs a prostate test. He gives me medicine to slow down its growth. Why do you feel your urologist doesn't care? Maybe you need to change your urologist?
