Weed for sure. It used to be just when I was in a flare, about 1-2 times a month. But now that I’m on chemotherapy it’s a daily routine lol

I tried weed before, worst thing I've ever done. It was disgusting and I got weirdly itchy. So now instead I'll just stretch or get a massage to help with joint and muscle pain

Sleep! I am allergic to weed and PT is exhausting!

Weed 1000%. Covers multiple disorders I have depending on what I use and also helps my chronic illnesses. I am incredibly treatment resistant with psychiatric meds and have huge side effects from everything. I was losing all hope until my boyfriend got me a pen and a week later I realized one of my biggest issues literally stopped. A lot of research later and Im happy I finally found something.

Weed definitely. It's a daily routine for me to avoid flashbacks. Also, instead of meditation (which I absolutely hate), I move around and stretch. Oh! And massage. Helps so much 😭

Oh and also floatation therapy! The only time I’m ever pain free in my life. My mind quiets too.

Ketamine saves my ass. I can't function without it.

Also medical marijuana is the only thing that helps my nausea from gasteroparesis

I've recently been seeing a physical therapist that is very hands on with healing. He massages my muscles and tendons back into place slowly (because I have Ehlers-Danlos) instead of like a chiropractor who would probably dislocate me. I feel like a million bucks until like after an hour when my body goes back to normal
