Accidentally took my morning meds at night. I only realized when instead of feeling sleepy I started to get jittery from the Focalin. Guess I'm not sleeping tonight 🤷‍♀️

        I've taken focalin before, it should have no bad affect on a sleeping pill as long as it's not made into a habit

    I've done that before and yeah the focalin will keep you up most/all of the night 😬
