Im always in bed, I eat unhealthy, my grades always drop when i have school, I hate going to work and working. I dont know how to fix this
My only advice is to force yourself to do something small. Go for a walk around the neighborhood, take yourself out to eat (alone or with a friend), etc. Force yourself to be uncomfortable, force yourself to do something that you dread in the moment. Once you overcome that initial barrier, it becomes easier, and everything seems less scary.
