onions are a big one for me! I didn’t eat any red meat for years, then realised that it sometimes made me sick because people put onions in burgers! I can eat mince meat now, and I avoid onions at all costs
i was told to not eat anything with citric acid within 30min of taking my meds, the only soda it isnt in is coke and its in soooo many processed foods TT
So far, the only food that gives me the pain is Pizza, and that's only if I accidentally eat too much, I have to eat it slow and not alot at once or I feel like I'm dying later.
Basically any sugar, i have fructose malabsorption (fructose intolerance) And fructose is in like everything, so eating most foods cause me stomach pain
it's strange, some sodas really upset my stomach and some are completely fine and I haven't quite figured it out yet ^^;; but cheese specifically always makes me feel super sick, along with red meat and any hot drinks giving me symptoms similar of food poisoning or an allergic reaction of some kind. not sure why it happens but I just try to avoid them as a result (or I live with the consequences of eating cheese anyway because it tastes so good but is so goddam deadly aaa)
My only sensitivity that isn't an allergy is for specific types of icing. Usually decorators icing is the worst and cream cheese, whipped cream, and marshmallow icings seem to be the best for some reason.
