I wish I could control my anger. I punched stuff and I break stuff and I get so out of control and I don't want to be out of control. it sucks.

I can relate so much. I have had anger episodes where I just tell people I am angry and either they stay away from me or they let me punch them(and then instantly regret it but oh well) and I hate this new me I was not like this before. If you ever need to talk I am here.
