I get random panic attacks out of nowhere sometimes and I have no idea why. some of my triggers are loud sound, people arguing, drama. that type if stuff. idk where the triggers come from but those are some big issues because I'm around that type of stuff all the time. I also get speration anxiety sometimes, sometimes with people I only met recently. I just want this to be over. I have no idea what to do.
