Does anyone have any coping skills/hobbies that help them that can be done while caring for a one year old?
I know some people hum like a tune of a song they like to raise their moods. The 1 year old may enjoy it, but just a suggestion!
There are so many self care apps that you can use to make you do stuff for your own self. The one that I like the most is Finch. You take care of a penguin by doing tasks that are taking care of yourself.
Art is always a big one cause you two can do something together or you can always go hangout outside the sun always makes me feel better even if its just for a hour looking at the trees and stuff is so nice
