My friend found something that works for her with this. Its a bracelet and it sends light shocking vibrations to your wrist and does something with your brain. Im not to knowledgeable on the topic but its worth looking up.

It is super difficult to live with this and Im happy yours has lessened! With that being said your career choice sounds like a great example of feeling the fear and doing it anyways i’m happy for ya!

Hi! I get it. I’m terrified of people throwing up. My fear has lessened a ton as I have grown up a bit, but it’s still there.. it’s worse when the profession you want to go into has the potential of people vomiting daily…

I’m also scared to take antibiotics!! Most medications freak me out and I totally relate to people not understanding and I’ve had to avoid parties and stuff all through high school because of the fear of someone getting sick and then I start to panic because of it! Thank you and same goes I hope you’re doing alright!

Hey I feel you. I have emetophobia too as well as Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It's so hard to live with. People are always like "How are you scared to throw up? I feel better when I do! It's uncomfortable, but I'm not afraid of it!!" I'm always scared to take antibiotics because once like 6 years ago, I threw up from them. But if I take them with a full meal, I'm fine. I understand your pain. I hope you feel better soon!
