Navigating an Anxiety Spiral While Keeping Up with Work

I’ve been having the kind of spiral that disguises itself as productivity and sure im happy that im on track to finish a ten month analytics course in five months but my relationships are disintegrating and someone im dating said she was disappointed bc of something I did yesterday (getting these out of the way: she was not mean or unreasonable , she delivered it as gently as possible bc she can empathize bc she has bad anxiety as well, and absolutely I was in the wrong) but I’m getting the Abandonment sensation! I responded by doing 3 more weeks of work today and I’m gonna go for one more and also I’m scared to talk to her🤪🤪🤪 also I have not spoken to any of my friends in like a month! I’m gonna crack but my LinkedIn is gonna be SO sexy afterwards
